دور المعرفة التشاركية في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي في الجزائر

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدارسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور المعرفة التشاركية في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي في الجزائر، عن طريق دراسة ميدانية على عينة من هيئة التدريس والعاملين والطلبة الذين يملكون بريد إلكتروني مهني في جامعة أدرار، وهذا عن طريق الاستبيان كأداة رئيسة للبحث، صممت خصيصا لهذا الغرض، ووزعت على عينة الدراسة عن طريق استبيان إلكتروني، وقد تم استخدم الدراسة مختلف الطرق والأدوات المساعدة على تحليل البيانات الإحصائية (SPSS V28 .(EXCEL 2016, R , وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن القوة التفسيرية للمعرفة التشاركية عند ضمان الجودة بلغت قيمة (0.711) وهي قيمة قوية، يليه معامل التحديد عند التخطيط الاستراتيجي بقيمة (0.6) وهي قيمة معتدلة، كل هذا يشير لجودة القوة التفسيرية للبنى الداخلية في النموذج.

This study aimed to shed light on the role of participatory knowledge in improving the quality of higher education in Algeria, through a field study on a sample of faculty, staff and students who have a professional e-mail at the University of Adrar, and this is through the questionnaire as a main tool for research, designed specifically for this purpose, and distributed On the study sample through an electronic questionnaire, the study has used various methods and tools to help analyze statistical data (SPSS V28. EXCEL 2016, R). The study found that the explanatory power of participatory knowledge when ensuring quality reached a value of (0.711), which is a strong value , followed by the coefficient of determination at strategic planning with a value of (0.6), which is a moderate value, all of this indicates the quality of the explanatory power of the internal structures in the model.
