Abstract

Density measurement is an important quality parameter for both raw materials and finished products. Various techniques make it possible to accurately determine the density of solid, viscous and liquid materials. A difference in the raw material, which is indicated by a change in density, may have adverse consequences for the functioning or quality of the final product. Density measurement of raw materials can be used to confirm the purity of the material. If the material is adulterated by a cheaper alternative, the measured density of the composite material will be different from the pure material. Density may also be used to ensure homogeneity. If a manufactured part is not homogeneous, key performance attributes such as strength and resistance to cracking can be affected. We conducted a search at the oil depot NAFTAL in Adrar, so we measured the density and temperature of the items to be studied (gasoline, gas oil).

قياس الكثافة عبارة عن معلمة جودة مهمة لكل من المواد الخام والمنتجات النهائية. تتيح التقنيات المختلفة تحديد الكثافة للمواد الصلبة واللزجة والسائلة بدقة. قد يكون للاختلاف في المادة الخام، والذي يشير إليه تغير في الكثافة، نتائج ضارة على عمل أو جودة المنتج النهائي. يمكن استخدام قياس الكثافة للمواد الخام لتأكيد نقاء المادة. إذا كانت المادة مغشوشة ببديل أرخص، الكثافة المقاسة للمادة المركبة ستكون مختلفة عن المادة النقية. يمكن استخدام الكثافة أي ًضا لضمان التجانس. إذا كان الجزء المصنّع غير متجانس، فيمكن أن تتأثر سمات الأداء الرئيسية مثل القوة ومقاومة التشقق. أجرينا عملية بحث في مستودع النفط ادرار نفطال، بحيث قمنا بقياس الكثافة ودرجة الحرارة للمادتين المراد دراستهما (البنزين(
