Abstract

تعتبر المؤسسة العمومية ذات التسيير الخاص نوع من انواع المؤسسات العامة، حيث تقوم على الخدمة الاجتماعية ولا تهدف الى تحقيق أي ربح. تتكون هيئات المؤسسة من مجالس ادارية ومدير عام واعوان، كما ان لكل هيئة مهام ومصالح تحدد بموجب نص خاص، كما أنه تعين علينا من خلال البحث التطرق الى النظام القانوني لمستخدمي المؤسسة ونظام ميزانياتها والرقابة على أعمالها والجهة المختصة للفصل في منازعاتها.

The public institution with private management is a type of public institution, as it is based on social service and does not aim to achieve any profit. The corporation's bodies consist of administrative councils, a general manager, and agents. Each body has tasks and interests that are determined by a special text. We also had to, through research, address the legal system for the organization's employees, its budget system, oversight of its work, and the competent authority to adjudicate its disputes.
