قياس كفاءة مؤسسات التعليم العالي باستخدام التحليل التطويقي للبيانات

Abstract

من خلال هذه الدراسة التي جاء بعنوان قياس كفاءة مؤسسات التعليم العالي باستخدام التحليل التطويقي للبيانات والذي يهدف الى قياس الكفاءة النسبية لكلية جامعة احمد دراية ادرار –باستخدام DEA. . تم استعمال نموذجي عوائد الحجم الثابتة وعوائد الحجم المتغيرة بتوجهين الادخالي والإخراجي. تطرقنا بالنسبة لمدخلات الدراسة الى: الطلبة المسجلين الجدد, الاساتذة الدائمين, الاساتذة المؤقتين, العمال الدائمين, العمال المهنيين وعقود الإدماج, لما فيما يخص المخرجات فتمثلت في الطلبة الخريجين. تمت هذه الدراسة على كافة كليات الجامعة باعتبارها وحدات اتخاذ القرار حيث توصلنا في الاخير على انها تتمتع بالكفاءة النسبية التامة بحيث تم تعين المخلات الفائضة والمخرجات الراكدة و الوحدات المرجعية للوصول للكفاءة النسبية التامة

Through this study, which was entitled Measuring the Efficiency of Higher Education Institutions using Bandwidth Analysis, which aims to measure the relative efficiency of Ahmed Deraya University College - Adrar using DEA. The two models of constant returns to scale and variable returns to scale with two directions of input and output were used. As for the study inputs, we touched on: new registered students, permanent professors, temporary teachers, permanent workers, professional workers and integration contracts. As for the outputs, they wererepresented by graduate students. This study was carried out on all faculties of the university as decision-making units, where we concluded in the end that they have complete relative efficiency, so that the surplus intakes, stagnant outputs and reference units were determined to reach complete relative efficiency
