القائم بالاتصال في الصحافة الالكترونية بين الهواية والاحترافية

Abstract

لقد ادت التطورات التكنولوجية الى ظهور تطور فني وعملي كبير في حقل الصحافة وفي الساحة الاعلامية والاتصالية من حيث اتساع الاستخدام ، والتوجه الكبير نحو التقنيات الحديثة ، فالملاحظ اليوم لطبيعة ومكونات المشهد الاعلامي يلمس جيدا الوضع المتداخل في الوظائف والادوار بين عناصر العمل الاعلامي والاتصالي ، فيعتبر القائم بالاتصال بانه الشخص الدي يقوم بالالتقاط وجمع الاخبار والانباء والمعلومات من مصادرها الاخبارية ، كما فرض التطور الكبير لوسائل الاعلام وتقنياتها حالة من المرونة في انتاج المحتوى الاعلامي ونشره عبر مختلف المنصات الالكترونية حيث يمكننا الحديث ضمن هده السياقات المتحددة عن جمهور او افراد مشاركون وفاعلون وصانعون للمحتوى الاعلامي وهدا ما نسميه بصحافة المواطن أي صحافة الهواة التي باتت سلاح دو حدين لانها من جهة تاكد الحدث عند وقوعه ومن جهة تتعارض مع قوانين الممارسة الصحفية لانها لاتخضع للقانون وتستعمل بطريقة غير ممنهجة إد اثرت على القائم بالاتصال ودوره ضمن مراحل العملية الاتصالية من خلال تاثير سمات بيئة النشر الالكتروني .
