أثر اليقظة الإستراتيجية في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر اليقظة الاستراتجية كعامل إستراتيجي ومهم في خلق ميزة تنافسية للمؤسسة في السوق، وتدعيم التميز المؤسسي ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تأسست الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، حيث تم الإعتماد على إستمارة أسئلة لجمع البيانات الأولية، من خلال إختيار عينة من إطارات السامية بمؤسسة موبيليس ووكالاتها بأدرار كحالة دراسية. وأشتملت عينة الدراسة على 32 إطار بمؤسسة موبيليس أدرار وفرعها، تم توزيع الإستمارة عليهم بطريقة عشوائية، بعد ذلك تم تحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها وأختبار الفرضيات بالإعتماد على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية SPSS. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسة محل الدراسة تعتمد بدرجة كبيرة على ألية اليقظة الإستراتيجية كما تبين أن لهذه الأخيرة أثر كبير في تحقيق التميز داخل المؤسسة حيث تفسر درجة إعتمادها على اليقظة بنسبة كبيرة مما يدل على وجود علاقة تأثير بين اليقظة الإستراتيجية والتميز المؤسسي في مؤسسة موبيليس.

The aim of the study is to highlight the impact of strategic vigilance as a strategic and important factor in creating a competitive advantage for the enterprise in the market, and to strengthen institutional excellence. In order to achieve this goal, The study was founded on the descriptive method where we used a questionnaire for collecting preliminary data by selecting a sample of high cadres in the company of Mobilis and its agencies as à case of study. The sample of the study included 32 cadres of the institution of Mobilis Adrar and its branch, the questionnaire form was distributed in a random way, after analyzing the data obtained and choosing hypotheses based on the statistical package program spss. The study revealed that the institution under study relies heavily on the strategic vigilance mechanism and that the latter has a significant impact on achieving excellence within the institution where it explain the degree of its reliance on vigilance in a large proportion, which indicates an impact relationship between strategic vigilance and institutional excellence in Mobiles.
