مساهمة الإدارة الإلكترونية في تعزيز الشفافية الإدارية

Abstract

هدفت دراستنا الى معرفة مدى مساهمة الإدارة الإلكترونية في تعزيز الشفافية الإدارية , اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي , تم توزيع استبانة على عينة الدراسة عددها 38 عامل بالبلدية أدرار , ثم قمنا بفحصها وتحليلها بإستخدام برنامج الحزم الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS v 26 واستنتجنا أن للإدارة الإلكترونية مساهمة كبيرة تعزيز الشفافية الإدارية ببلدية أدرار.

Our study aimed to find out the extent of the contribution of electronic management in enhancing administrative transparency , we relied on descriptive analytical method , A questionnaire was distributed to 38 workers in the municipality of Adrar . Than examined and analyzed using the SPSS v 26 program, we concluded that electronic administration has a significant contribution to enhancing administrative transparency in the municipality of Adrar
