تأثير ضغوط العمل على أداء العاملين في المؤسسات الاستشفائية في ظل جائحة كورونا

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مدي تأثير ضغوط العمل على أداء العاملين في المؤسسات الاستشفائية في ظل جائحة كورونا، وذلك من خلال الدراسة الميدانية التي أجريت على عينة من العاملين في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية "عبد الكريم بودرغومة"-ادرار- ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة والوصول الى نتائج المرجوة، تم تصميم استمارة استبيان موجهة الى العاملين في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وبعد توزيع الاستمارات البالغ عددها 100 استمارة تم استرجاع 71 استمارة كانت قابلة للتحليل، ومن خلال اعتماد أسلوب التحليل الاحصائي الوصفي والاستدلالي لوصف وتحليل بيانات الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها وباستخدام البرامج الإحصائية(SPSS&Excle)، اشارت النتائج الى شعور المبحوثين بدرجة عالية من الضغوط في العمل والتي كان لها اثر واضح على حياتهم المهنية والشخصية

This study aimed to know the extent of the impact of work stress on the performance of workers in hospital institutions in light of the Corona pandemic, through the field study conducted on a sample of workers in the public hospital institution “Abdul Karim Budergoma” - Adrar - and to achieve the objectives of the study and reach the desired results , a questionnaire was designed to address the employees of the institution under study, and after distributing the 100 forms, 71 forms were retrieved that were subject to analysis, and by adopting the method of descriptive and inferential statistical analysis to describe and analyze the study data and test its hypotheses and using statistical programs (SPSS & Excle), indicated The results indicated that the respondents felt a high degree of pressure at work, which had a clear impact on their professional and personal lives.
