تقييم الامتيازات الممنوحة للمؤسسات الممولة بالتمويل الذاتي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى اظهار دور الامتيازات الجبائية في تشجيع الاستثمار ولإبراز ذلك تم اختيار الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية فرع ادرار كإحدى الهيئات الفاعلة في هذا الجانب، وقد خلصت الدراسة الى ان هناك دور فعال للامتيازات الجبائية في تشجيع الاستثمار، فللامتيازات الجبائية دور في تطوير حصيلة المستفيدين من خدمات الوكالة، من حيث القطاع الاقتصادي الذي تحظى به منطقة تواجد الفرع ونوعية النشاطات التي يركز عليها ، كما راينا ان للدولة اهداف وراء تفعيل دور المؤسسات من خلال منحها مختلف التسهيلات الجبائية من اجل النهوض بالاقتصاد وتفعيل دورها في الواقع الاقتصادي، كما ان تخفيض نسبة الفائدة على القروض البنكية أدى الى زيادة عدد المستثمرين وتفعيل دور المؤسسات كما تم منح الشباب المستثمر اعانات مالية أخرى. كما تعالج أيضا هذه الدراسة التمويل الذاتي، والدور البارز الذي يحتله في السياسات التمويلية للمؤسسة.

The study aimed to show the role of tax concessions to encourage investment, and to highlight this, the national agency for entrepreneurial development of Adrar was selected as one of the effective figures on this side, the study was concluded that there is an important role of tax concessions in either investment, because tax concessions have a function in the evolution of the beneficiaries of the agency's services, aside from the field of 'economy where there is this section and the kind of activities to which it aims, as we have captured which state has objectives behind the activation of the role of institutions by the full data of fiscal arrangements for the evolution of the economy and activate its function in economic reality, and also the reduction of the percentage of interest on bank credit has generated the increase of investors and the electivation of the role of institutions.
