مساهمة الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح مدى مساهمة الإدارة الالكترونية في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي في مؤسسة بريد الجزائر-وكالة أدرار- ، على اعتبار أن التطور الحاصل في مجال الأعمال الإدارية أدى إلى إحداث تغييرات على مستوى المنظمات من خلال التخلي عن الإدارة التقليدية و انتهاج أسلوب الإدارة الالكترونية التي أصبح تبنيها أمرا حتميا وضروريا من اجل ضمان الاستمرار والاستقرار في ظل بيئة تنافسية شرسة، وللتعرف على ما مدى مساهمة الإدارة الالكترونية في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي في مؤسسة بريد الجزائر-وكالة أدرار-اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في وصف وتحليل بيانات الإستبانة التي تم تصميمها للإجابة على التساؤلات المطروحة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين الإدارة الإلكترونية والتميز التنظيمي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة.

The study aimed to clarify the extent of the contribution of electronic management to achieving organizational excellence in Algiers Post ; "Adrar agency" considering that the development in the field of business administration led to some changes in the level of organizations by abandoning the traditional management and adopting the electronic management method whose adoption became inevitable and necessary for the continuity and stability in light of a fierce and competitive environment and to identify the contribution of electronic management in achieving organizational excellence in Algiers Post "Adrar Agency". We adopted the descriptive analytical method in describing and analyzing the questionnaire data that was designed to answer the questions posed . The study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect between electronic management and organizational excellence in the workplace institution .
