استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في عملية إتخاذ القرارات في المؤسسة

Abstract

تعتبر تكنولوجيا المعلومات من أهم مميزات العصر الحديث لما لها من انعكاس على مختلف مجالات الحياة كافة بما فيها المؤسسات والمنظمات المختلفة وأثرها الكبير على سير مختلف أعمالها ووظائفها مما ساعد أصحاب المناصب القيادية في عملية اتخاذ القرارات لما توفره من جهد ووقت في جمع المعلومات المتعلقة بموضوع القرار وطرق عرضها وتحليلها، حيث هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات على عملية إتخاذ القرار في المؤسسة وهذا من خلال الدراسة الميدانية التي أجريناها بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بمديرية ادرار والتي عرضنا من خلالها أهم أوجه استغلال تكنولوجيا المعلومات بالمؤسسة وكيف يتم الاعتماد عليها في عملية اتخاذ القرار. ومن اهم نتائج الدراسة الميدانية المتوصل إليها هو وجود علاقة تكامل وتأثير كبيرة بين تكنولوجيا المعلومات وعملية إتخاذ القرار في المؤسسة إذا أحسنت المؤسسة استغلالها ووجهت قدرتها وطاقتها للاستفادة القصوى منها وجعلها محور تنفيذ مختلف عملياتها الإدارية والتحليلية والتشغيلية لتحقيق الفائدة القصوى منها وهذا ما سينعكس في الأخير على جودة القرارات المتخذة للوصول إلى الأهداف المطلوبة.
