دور التسيير الجبائي في تحقيق الأداء المالي في مؤسسة اقتصادية

Abstract

نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التسيير الجبائي على الأداء المالي في المؤسسات الاقتصادية، من خلال القيام بممارسات مالية، ومحاسبية، و محاولة الاستفادة من جميع الإجازات التي يمنحها القانون الجبائي وقوانين الاستثمار.بالإضافة إلى توضيح أهمية التسيير الجبائي و حدوده، و أهم أدواته المتمثلة في الوظيفة الجبائية التي أصبحت تبحث في كيفية الاستفادة من جميع التطورات التي شهدها علم التسيير. و يكمن الهدف الأساسي لهذا التسيير في أثره على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة، ذلك أن كل أثر جبائي يقابله أثر مالي و بالتالي التأثير على : التوازن المالي، القرارات المالية، قيمة المؤسسة،...الخ، حيث بينت النتائج أن التسيير الجبائي لم يكن أداة فعالة في التأثير على المؤشرات المالية لعينة الدراسة.

The aim of this study is to know the impact of fiscal management on the financial performance of economic institutions by carrying out financial and accounting practices, and trying to take advantage of all the privileges granted by the tax law and investment laws. In addition to clarifying the importance of fiscal management and its limits, and its most important tools represented in the fiscal function, which is now looking at how to benefit from all the developments witnessed by the science of management.
