أثر الصيرفة الالكترونية على الأداء البنكي المتميز

Abstract

نظرا للتطور التكنولوجي الذي يشهده العالم، انتقلت البنوك بشكل سريع من الخدمات المصرفية التقليدية الى خدمات مصرفية الكترونية حديثة، بحثت هذه الدراسة عن أثر الصيرفة الإلكترونية على الأداء البنكي المتميز لبنك التنمية المحلية الجزائري على مستوى وكالة ادرار 429. تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث تم تحليل عينة بحجم )286) زبون باستخدام برنامج R، واستخدمت عدة أساليب إحصائية الاختبار فرضيات الدراسة، وتم الوصول إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات كان أهمها وجود أثر معنوي عند مستوى الدالة )050.) للصيرفة الإلكترونية بأنواعها المختلفة في الأداء المصرفي المتميز لبنك التنمية المحلية وكالة أدرار محل الدراسة.

Because of the technological development that the world has been, witnessing، banks have moved rapidly from traditional banking services to modern electronic ones. This study looked for the impact of electronic banking on the distinguished banking performance in BDL (Local Development Bank) at Adrar Agency 429. A sample of 286 clients was analyzed by R program after using the questionnaire to collect data. Many statistic tests were used to examine the study hypotheses; one of the results reached is that there is a significant effect at the function level (0.5) of all kinds of electronic banking on the distinguished banking performance of the Local Development Bank; Adrar Agency which is under study.
