دور رقابة المجلس الشعبي الولائي في توجيه القرارات وترشيد الإنفاق العام

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور رقابة المجلس الشعبي ألولائي في ترشيد الإنفاق العام وتوجيه القرارات ، ولمعرفة مدى مساهمة دور رقابة المجلس الشعبي ألولائي في ترشيد الإنفاق العام اعتمدنا في دراستنا على البيان السنوي للسيد الوالي لسنة 2018 وتوصلنا إلى أن الدور الذي يلعبه هذا المجلس يبقى محدود جدا بل وغير فعال نظرا لعدة أسباب كنقص كفاءة أغلبية أعضاء المجلس الشعبي ألولائي وكذلك أرائهم ومناقشتهم السطحية وغير الفعالة لأنشطة مختلف المديريات.

This study aimed to highlight the role of the People's Assembly’s oversight role in rationalizing public expenditures and directing decisions, and to find out the extent of the role of the People's Assembly’s oversight role in rationalizing public expenditures , we relied in our study on the annual statement of Mr. Al-Wali for the year 2018 and we concluded that the role that this Council plays remains Very limited and even ineffective due to several reasons such as the lack of efficiency of the majority of the People's Assembly’s members, as well as their superficial and ineffective views and discussions of the activities of the various directorates
