Summary The physicochemical analyzes were carried out on the following parameters : The pH, electrical conductivity, temperature, turbidity, Suspended Matter (SM), Organic Matter (OM), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), five days Biochemical Oxygen Demand(BOD),ammoniums (〖NH〗_4^+), nitrites (〖NO〗_2^-) , nitrates (〖NO〗_3^-), ortho-phosphates 〖(PO〗_4^(3-)) The results obtained in the course of this study show that the purification yields are satisfactory and are of the order of 39% for Suspended Matter(SM).The reduction rate of the Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and the Biological Oxygen Demand for 5 days are respectively 85.19 % and 72.55 %. There is a clear progression for ammoniums, nitrates, nitrites. Our study shows that this type of station allows a satisfactory elimination of the organic matter but it poses some problems for others related to a bad oxygenation or an excessive. | en_US |
