Abstract: This study aims to identify the impact of information techmnogy use on the quality of banking services. In order to study this problem, a questionnaire was distributed to collect information and SPSS program was used to analyze data. This study followed the analytical descriptive approach.Through this research the following results were reached: - The use of information technology and communication in the banks lead to improve the quality of services. - The quality of banking services is measured by number of criteria,including: (tangble aspects,reliability,responsivenss,empathy,safety) . - Bank seek upgrading banking services by providing fast e-services.
