أثر التوجه الريادي على الأداء الإبتكاري في القطاع الصحي الخاص بالجنوب الجزائري

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التوجه الريادي على الأداء الإبتكاري في ظل رأس المال النفسي كمتغير وسيط في مخابر التحاليل الطبية بالجنوب الجزائري، حيث تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدام الإستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات على عينة قصدية من موظفي مخابر التحاليل الطبية، حيث تم توزيع 220 إستبانة منها 200 إستبانة صالحة للقياس، والتي تم تحليلها باستخدام النمذجة بالمعادلة الهيكلية للمربعات الصغرى الجزئية (PLS-SEM). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر مباشر للتوجه الريادي على الأداء الإبتكاري وعلى رأس المال النفسي، كما أظهرت النتائج أيضاً وجود أثر لرأس المال النفسي على الأداء الإبتكاري، واستخلصت الدراسة أيضاً وجود أثر غير مباشر للتوجه الريادي على الأداء الإبتكاري من خلال رأس المال النفسي كمتغير وسيط في مخابر التحاليل الطبية بالجنوب الجزائري. وقد اختتمت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات أبرزها تشجيع موظفي المخابر على العمل الجماعي ومنحهم الحرية في العمل من أجل تقديم الأفكار الإبداعية وإتخاذ القرارات، مما سيعكس نتائج إيجابية على أداء المؤسسة وبالتالي تحقيقها لأداء متميز.

This study aimed to determine the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on innovative performance, with psychological capital acting as a mediating variable in medical analysis laboratories in southern Algeria. The descriptive-analytical approach was employed, and a questionnaire was used to collect data on a purposive sample of medical analysis laboratories employees. A total of 240 questionnaires were distributed, with 200 deemed valid for measurement. These were analysed using partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). The study's findings revealed a direct correlation between entrepreneurial orientation and innovative performance, as well as a positive impact of psychological capital on innovative performance. Additionally, the study indicated that entrepreneurial orientation exerts an indirect influence on innovative performance through psychological capital, a mediating variable, in medical analysis laboratories in southern Algeria. The study concluded with a number of recommendations, most notably encouraging laboratory employees to work together and giving them the freedom to work in order to present creative ideas and make decisions. This will reflect positively on the performance of the organisation and thus achieve outstanding performance.
