التنظيم الإداري للـجهات القضائية على المستوى الـمحلي و دوره في سير العمل القضائي

Abstract

يشمل هذا الموضوع للمذكرة الموسومة بــالتنظيم الإداري للجهات القضائية على المستوى المحلي و دوره في سير العمل القضائي، إلى بيان التنظيم الهيكلي للجهات القضائية على المستوى المحلي كدرجة أولى على مستوى المحاكم و كدرجة ثانية على مستوى المجالس القضائية التي تعد كجهة استئناف، إضافة إلى طبيعة العمل القضائي لهذه الأخيرة خاصة، حسب ما أدرجه المشرع الجزائري في القانون العضوي رقم 22-10. و من ثم إلى طبيعة العمل لمصالح هذه الهيئات من "أقسام و غرف و أعوان القضاء"حسب ما تمليه النصوص القانونية و التنظيمية من حيث مختلق الأعمال الموكلة لهم ضمن صلاحيتهم بما يحقق سير الأعمال القضائية بشكل تدريجي منظم.
