Noise is a fundamental element, inherent to any movement of a fluid. In the present work, the notion of noise is approached from an acoustic point of view (characterization of a physical phenomenon: turbulent natural convection in various fluid media), turbulent natural convection provides an example of sound production mixing periodic complex sounds Voiced sounds, periodic sounds, and undefeated sounds. The consequences of this phenomenon are levels of noise and vibration that may exceed the permissible values. The aim of this thesis is to study the noise generated on the basis of experiments in order to propose understanding and prediction. The resultant of the job is to define experimental to condition auditory maximum on rate liquid, turbulent natural convection providesis inessential phenomenon to some liquid (milk,coffee).en_US
