دور البلدية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في التشريع الجزائري

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور البلدية في تحقيق التنمية المحلية المستدامة باعتبارها أهم إدارة جواريه يمكن الاعتماد عليها في تنفيذ السياسة العامة للدولة. خاصة وأن الجزائر قد التزمت في برامجها التنموية بتحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة من خلال المصادقة على المعاهدات والاتفاقيات الدولية. وسن القوانين المتعلقة بالبيئة والتنمية المستدامة. انتهت الدراسة إلى نتائج بحثنا إلى أن التنمية المستدامة هي عملية معقدة تتطلب دمج الجهود المحلية الحكومية والمشاركات الشعبية في سبيل تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة وتوفير المتطلبات السكانية من خلال التركيز على دمج الأبعاد الاقتصادية ولاجتماعية والبيئية وحتى السياسية.
