الاتصال التنظيمي وتأثيره على عملية اتخاد القرار

Abstract

يعتبر الإتصال ضرورة من ضروريات الحياة الإنسانية، كونه ظهر مع نشأة الحياة الاجتماعية هذه الأخيرة تقوم على جماعات بشرية تربطهم علاقات إنسانية وتجمعهم روابط وأهداف مشتركة وكذا تحكم عادات وتقاليد، الأمر الذي جعله محور اهتمام الكثير من المفكرين والعلماء في شتى العلوم خاصة العلوم السلوكية. إن الاتصال يمثل الدعامة الأساسية في كل مؤسسة، فهو يساهم في زيادة الإنتاجية والإنسجام والتماسك بين العاملين ضمن مجال العمل، وتوحيدهم لحل المشكلات التي تواجههم. ألا وأن كفاءة ونجاح أي مؤسسة مرتبطة بمدى فعالية ونشاط العملية الإتصالية وتأثيرها على باقي العمليات الإدارية، والتي تتوقف بحد ذاتها على فعالية تقنيات وأدوات الإتصال المستعملة. ولقد تزايدت أهمية الإتصال في العصر الحالي بتزايد عدد وحجم المنظمات فهي تعبر عن التفاعل الإنساني الذي ساعد على تعزيز الروابط والتعاون بينهم، مما يسمح بنقل المعلومات وتبادل الأفكار والخبرات بسهولة فأي قصور في نظام الاتصال شأنه أن يعطل أو يؤخر سير الإدارات، كيف لا وهي الجسر الموصل بينهما وبين العمال. وبناءً عليه فإن الإتصال يعتبر عملية ديناميكية نظرا للدور الذي يلعبه داخل المؤسسة كونها نسق مفتوح تتأثر وتؤثر في البيئة الداخلية أوالخارجية فهي تواجه صعوبات ومعوقات تحد من فعالية الاتصال مما يؤدي إلى نقص المعلومات، الذي يحول دون إتخاذ قرارات رشيدة وصائبة. فكثير من المديرين يواجهون الكثير من المشاكل لابد من إيجاد حلول سريعة تتمثل في مجموعة البدائل المتاحة، التي تتبع لهم إمكانية اتخاذ قرارات رشيدة، وهذا ما يؤكد على أن عملية إتخاذ القرار هي جوهر العملية الإدارية.

Communication is one of the necessities of human life, as it appeared with the emergence of the latter social life based on human groups linked by human relations and brought together by common bonds and goals, as well as controlling customs and traditions, which made it the focus of attention of many thinkers and scientists in various sciences, especially behavioral sciences. Communication is the mainstay in every organization, as it contributes to increasing productivity, harmony and cohesion among workers within the field of work, and uniting them to solve the problems they face. However, the efficiency and success of any institution is linked to the effectiveness and activity of the communication process and its impact on the rest of the administrative processes, which in itself depends on the effectiveness of the communication techniques and tools used. The importance of communication has increased in the current era with the increase in the number and size of organizations, as it expresses human interaction that helped to strengthen ties and cooperation between them, allowing the transfer of information and the exchange of ideas and experiences easily. Any shortcoming in the communication system would disrupt or delay the functioning of departments, how not, which is the connecting bridge between them and the workers. Accordingly, communication is considered a dynamic process due to the role it plays within the organization as it is an open format that is affected and affected by the internal or external environment. It faces difficulties and obstacles that limit the effectiveness of communication, which leads to a lack of information, which prevents making rational and correct decisions. Many managers face many problems. It is necessary to find quick solutions represented in the set of available alternatives, which follow the possibility of making rational decisions, and this confirms that the decision-making process is the essence of the administrative process.
