Développement de la base de données des Foggaras au sud de l'Algérie par un systéme d'information géographique

Abstract

Abstract The oasis in the Adrar region is characterized by water distribution systems dug into the crops called "foggara". This heritage system has enabled the development of subsistence agriculture and the maintenance of populations in harsh and hostile desert areas over the centuries. Foggara in the regions of Touat-Gourara and Tidikelt in southwestern Algeria has recently experienced minimal water volumes for oasis irrigation, as well as problems in managing and monitoring this capital, and this is due to the widening of the distance between the foggaras. This work aims at the realization and development of a geographic database dedicated to the management and monitoring of the foggaras in the Adrar region, still the creation of a geographic information system for decision support aimed at optimize the management of Fogga-ras' capital in the Oases. In the current context of sustainable development, geographic information appears to be crucial for decision-making. And this by the combined use of satellite images and field data .

تتميز الواحة في منطقة أدرار بأنظمة توزيع المياه المحفورة فيالفلاحة تسمى "الفقارة". مكّن نظام التراث هذا من تطوير زراعة الكفاف والحفاظ على السكان في المناطق الصحراوية القاسية والمعادية على مر القرون. شهدت الفقارة في منطقتي توات وقرارة وتيديكلت في جنوب غرب الجزائر مؤخرًا الحد الأدنى من كميات المياه لري الواحات ، بالإضافة إلى مشاكل في إدارة ومراقبة هذه الواحة ، ويرجع ذلك إلى اتساع المسافة بين الفقارات. يهدف هذا العمل إلى أنجاز وتطوير قاعدة بيانات جغرافية مخصصة لإدارة تسيير الفقارات في منطقة أدرار ، كذلك إنشاء نظام معلومات جغرافية لدعم القرار يهدف إلى تحسين إدارة نظام الفقارات في الواحات . في السياق الحالي للتنمية المستدامة ، حيثأن المعلومات الجغرافية ضرورية لصنع القرار. وذلك من خلال الاستخدام المشترك لصور الأقمار الصناعية والبيانات الميدانية.

L'oasis de la région d'Adrar est caractérisée par des systèmes de distribution d'eau creusés dans les cultures appelées "foggara". Ce système patrimonial a permis le développement d'une agriculture de subsistance et le maintien des populations dans des espaces désertiques rudes et hostiles au fil des siècles. Foggara dans les régions de Touat-Gourara et Tidikelt au sud-ouest de l'Algérie a récemment connu des volumes d'eau minimaux pour l'irrigation des oasis, ainsi que des problèmes de gestion et suivi de ce capital, et cela est dû à l'élargissement de la distance entre les foggaras. Ce travail vise à la réalisation et développent d’une base de données géographique dédiée à la gestion et le suivi des foggaras dans la région d’Adrar, encore la création d’un système d’information géographique d’aide à la décision visant à optimiser la gestion du capital de Foggaras dans les Oasis. Dans le contexte actuel de développement durable, l'information géographique apparaît comme cruciale pour la prise de décision. Et cela par l’utilisation combinée des images satellites et des données de terrain.
