الطرق الكمية لمراقبة التسيير وأثرها على عملية التنبؤ واتخاذ القرار

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة مراقبة التسيير بصفة عامة بالتركيز على أدواتها القديمة و الحديثة منها، كما تقديم كل من عملية التنبؤ و اتخاذ القرار في المؤسسات الاقتصادية، و التعرف على مدى تطبيق أدوات مراقبة التسيير في هذه المؤسسات و إن كان يتم استغلالها بالطريقة الصحيحة و توصلنا إلى أن استخدام الطرق الكمية في مراقبة التسيير في المؤسسات الناشئة بالطريقة الصحيحة يزيد من فرص هذه المؤسسات في التقدم و تحقيق الأهداف، لكن معظم هذه المؤسسات لا تعتمد على أدوات مراقبة التسيير الحديثة كلوحة القيادة و بطاقة الأداء المتوازن، الأمر الذي حصر دراستنا التطبيقية على الموازنات التقديرية

This study deals with management control in general by focusing on its old and modern tools including, it also presents both the operation forecasting and decision making process in economic institutions, and to see how the management control tools are applied in these organizations and whether they are exploited in the right way We have concluded that using quantitative methods to properly monitor the management of start up increases their chances of progressing and achieving goals, but most of these organizations don't rely on modern management control tools such as dashboard and balanced scorecard, which limited our applied study to estimated budgets
