مؤشرات قياس الأداء ودورها في تحسين الأداء المالي لشركات التامين

Abstract

Through this study, we aim at identifying the role of applying performance measurement indicators and their role in improving the financial performance of insurance companies of the Regional Fund for Agricultural Cooperation, Adrar. Financial performance measurement indicators are not only an important factor in achieving better financial performance for insurance companies, but also allow the company's liquidity to be provided. They function as a tool for cost control, evaluating violations and handling them.

نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على دور تطبيق مؤشرات قياس الأداء ودورها في تحسين الأداء المالي لشركات التامين حالة الصندوق الجهوي للتعاون ألفلاحي ادرار . وتمثل مؤشرات قياس الأداء المالي عامل مهم في تحقيق أداء مالي أفضل لشركات التامين وتسمح بتوفير السيولة اللازمة للشركة وتعد أداة للرقابة على التكاليف وتقييم الانحرافات ومعالجتها.
