إستراتيجية المحيط الأزرق وأثرها على تحصيل جودة التعليم العالي

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر استراتيجية المحيط الأزرق على تحسين جودة التعليم العالي، بجامعة ادرار من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس من خلال استكشاف مدى تأثير أبعاد استراتيجية المحيط الأزرق المتمثلة في(الاستبعاد، الابتكار، التقليص، الزيادة)على تحسين جودة التعليم العالي، وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في وصف وتحليل المشكلة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم توزيع (50) استبيانه على عينة الدراسة ،وتم استرجاع(42)استبانة كلها صالحة للتحليل باستخدام برنامج .Spss v20وكانت اهم النتائج المتوصل اليها انه يوجد أثر معنوي لإستراتجية المحيط الأزرق في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي عند مستوي معنوية( 0.05)،إضافة الى وجود علاقة ارتباطيه قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد استراتيجية المحيط الأزرق وجودة التعليم العالي لجامعة ادرار، يوجد أثر معنوي ذات دلالة إحصائية لإبعاد استراتيجية المحيط الأزرق في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي بجامعة محل الدراسة عند مستوي معنوي 0.05،وقد أوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تبني وتطبيق أبعاد استراتيجية المحيط الأزرق لما لها من أهمية في إبتكار القيمة التي تخلق ميزة تنافسية للجامعة ,كما أوصت بضرورة الاهتمام بعنصر جودة التعليم وتحسينها بتبنيها لأبعاد إسترتيجية المحيط الأزرق

The study aims to know the impact of the blue ocean strategy on improving the quality of higher education, at Adrar University from the point of view of the faculty members by exploring the impact of the dimensions of the blue ocean strategy (exclusion, innovation, reduction, increase) on improving the quality of higher education. The descriptive analytical approach in describing and analyzing the problem, and to achieve the objectives of the study, (50) questionnaires were distributed to the study sample, and (42) were retrieved, all valid for analysis using the Spss v20 program. Higher education at the level of significance (0.05), in addition to the existence of a strong correlation with statistical significance between the dimensions of the blue ocean strategy and the quality of higher education at the University of Adrar, there is a significant statistically significant effect of the dimensions of the blue ocean strategy in improving the quality of higher education at the university under study at a significant level of 0.05. The study recommended the necessity of adopting and applying the dimensions of the blue ocean strategy because of its importance in creating value that creates a competitive advantage for the university. Education and improving it by adopting the dimensions of the blue ocean strategy.
