التوجيه المدرسي وعلاقته بالتكيف الدراسي

Abstract

لقد تناولنا في بحثنا هذا موضوع التوجيه المدرسي وأثره على التكيف الدراسي وكان الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو الكشف عن علاقة التكيف الدراسي بالتوجيه ،وقد تضمن البحث إشكالية عامة هي: -هل هناك علاقة بين التوجيه المدرسي والتكيف الدراسي لدى طلبة السنة الثانية ثانوي؟ وتفرعت الإشكالية إلى ثلاث إلى إشكاليات فرعية، أما فرضية البحث كانت كما يلي: -هناك علاقة بين التوجيه المدرسي والتكيف الدراسي. وقد تمت الدراسة الميدانية بثانوية الشهيد عبيدي محمد بدائرة زاوية كنته على عينة تتكون من 40 تلميذ من السنة الثانية ثانوي شعبة آداب وفلسفة تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين 16-22 سنة ،وهذا بتطبيق استمارة تتكون من 28 سؤالا وقد أاستخدمنا الأسلوب الإحصائي المتمثل في برنامج spss من أجل الكشف عن العلاقة بين التوجيه المدرسي والتكيف الدراسي. وبعد جمع البيانات وتفريغها وتحليلها تم الوصول إلى مايلي: -إن توجيه التلميذ على أساس رغبته عامل أساسي لنجاحه الدراسي. -وجود علاقة بين التوجيه والتكيف الدراسي للتلميذ ،أ ي أن احترام رغبة التلميذ في التوجيه وقدراته يؤدي إلى التحصيل الدراسي الجيد. وكل هذا يندرج ضمن الجانب التطبيقي إما الجانب النظري فقد تناولنا فيه 03 فصول احتوت مفاهيم التوجيه المدرسي والتكيف الدراسي. وبهذا يتكامل الجانب النظري مع التطبيقي للوصول إلى فهم علاقة التوجيه المدرسي بالتكيف الدراسي للتلاميذ ، واختتم البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات فيما يخص موضوع البحث.

In our research, we explored the topic of school guidance and its impact on school adaptations. The objective of this study was to uncover the relationship between academic adaptation and coaching. Is there a relationship between school guidance and the adjustment of secondary school students? The problem has branched into three sub-problems; the premise of the research was as follows: -There is a relationship between school guidance and school adaptation. The field study was conducted at Ubaidi Mohammed Secondary School in Zawiya District with a sample of 40 students from the second year of secondary school in the Division of Literature and Philosophy, ranging in age from 16 to 22 years. This was done using a form consisting of 28 questions. We used the statistical method of the SPSS program to reveal the relationship between school guidance and academic adaptation. After data collection, discharge and analysis, the following were reached: Directing a student based on his or her wishes is an essential factor for his or her academic success. The existence of a relationship between the orientation and the student's academic adaptation, i.e. respect for the student's desire for guidance and abilities leads to good academic achievement. All of this falls within the practical aspect, either theoretical, as we have dealt with 30 chapters containing the concepts of school guidance and academic adaptation. Thus, the theory and practice are complemented with the application to gain an understanding of the school orientation relationship with the school adaptation of pupils, and the research concluded with a set of recommendations for the subject matter of the research.
