Abstract

نستخلص من خلال بحثنا هذا أن إجراء انتخابات حرة ونزيهة لم يعد مطلبا داخليا فحسب وإنما عدا مطلبا دوليا يجبر المجتمع الدولي على الوفاء به لكي يتم الاعتراف بالدولة كدولة ديمقراطية ولا يصح أن يكون مندرجا ضمن المفاسد فليس في الانتخابات ولا في طرق تنفيذها ما يدعو إلى الإخلال بالأمن، حتى وإن وقع خطأ في ذلك فهو نتيجة عن سوء تطبيق الانتخاب، وذلك ما جعل الأنظمة التي تريد لنفسها الاستقرار أن تضع ضمانات رقابية كفيلة وعلى النظام الإسلامي أن يسعى إلى منع أي مفاسد تخل بهذا النظام، حتى يكون على الوجه الذي يمثل الدولة الإسلامية.
