دور الوظيفة المالية بالمؤسسات العمومية في ترشيد القرارات التنموية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز الدور الذي تلعبه الوظيفة المالية في ترشيد القرارات التنموية وكذا تبيان اهمية الوظيفة المالية. ولتحقيق هذه الاهداف والإجابة على التساؤلات تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي بالاعتماد في جمع البيانات على الادبيات النظرية والدراسات المتعلقة بالموضوع من خلالها تم الحصول على بيانات شكلت الاطار النظري اما الاطار التطبيقي فقد اعتمدنا على برنامج الحزم الاحصائية( SPSS) وقد خلصت الدراسة الى : _تلعب الوظيفة المالية دورا اساسيا في المؤسسة الاقتصادية كما تعتبر الوظيفة المالية العمود الاساسي للنشاط الاقتصادي. _تعدد وتنوع اجراءات القرارات التنموية. ¬_تعتبر عملية اتخاذ القرارات بالغة الاهمية حيث لا يمكن اداء اي نشاط ما لم يتخذ بصدد القرار.

his study aims to show the role of the financial functionality in governing developmental decisions; in addition to showing the importance of the financial functionality. In order to attain such objectives, and to answer the inquiries, the descriptive and analytical approach have been taken into account while conducting the research. While collecting data, we counted on theoretical literatures and similar studies, by which we constructed the theoretical section of the work. On the other hand, we used the well-known application named SPSS to fulfill the practical part. We came out with the following results: - The financial functionality plays an vital role in an economical corporation, and it is deemed as a pillar in economical activities. - The variations of the protocols of economical decisions. - Decision-making is considered a very important as no activity can be initiated without taking the right decision
