دور التمويل الذاتي للجماعات المحلية في دعم التنمية المحلية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى البحث عن دور التمويل الذاتي للجماعات المحلية في دعم التنمية المحلية، وهذا بإستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحديد مختلف المعالم النظرية لمتغيرات الدراسة وكذا المداخل المعرفية التي تربط بينهما، ثم أسلوب دراسة حالة للوقوف على العلاقة بين التمويل الذاتي والتنمية المحلية في مديرية الادارة المحلية _ لولاية ادرار. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك دور للتمويل الذاتي في دعم التنمية المحلية لولاية ادرار محل الدراسة، حيث أظهرت النتائج أن مصادر التمويل الذاتي خاصة منها الإهتلاكات والأرباح غير الموزعة لسنة ما على علاقة مباشرة بدعم التنمية المحلية التي تتخذها مؤسسة الولاية بالأخص الادارة المحلية.

The study aimed to search for the role of self-financing of local groups in supporting local development, using the descriptive analytical approach to determine the various theoretical parameters of the study variables, as well as the cognitive approaches that link them, and then a case study method to find out the relationship between self-finance and local development in the Directorate of Local Administration _ for the state of Adrar. The study concluded that there is a role for self-financing in supporting the local development of the state of Adrar under study, as the results showed that the sources of self-financing, especially depreciation and undistributed profits for a year, are directly related to the support of local development taken by the state institution, in particular the local administration.
