SYNTHÈSE ORGANIQUE DE QUELQUE NUCLÉOSIDES À PARTIR D´UN ACIDE AMINE

Abstract

Les acides aminés et leurs dérivés sont bien connus pour leur utilisation dans le domaine de biologie, pharmacie et de nombreuses applications industrielles. Ce travail a eu pour but la synthèse de quelque nucléosides, partant de l’acide α aminé en passant par la synthèse de plusieurs produits intermédiaires (ester, hydrazide, thiosemicarbazide, triazole et nucléoside). Nous avons décrit la méthode conventionnelle utilisée dans la synthèse organique de nucléoside, les produits préparer sont caractérisés par les technique physico-chimique, chromatographie sur couche mince CCM. La détermination de structure de ces composés a été faites sur la base de la spectroscopie infrarouge IR.

Amino acids and their derivatives are well known for their use in biology, pharmacy and many industrial applications. This work aimed at the synthesis of some nucleosides, starting from the α amino acid through the synthesis of several intermediate products (ester, hydrazide, thiosemicarbazide, triazole and nucleoside). We have described the conventional method used in the organic synthesis of Nucleoside, the synthesized products are characterized by the physico-chemical technique, thin layer chromatography (TLC). The structure determination of these compounds was made on the basis of IR infrared spectroscopy.
