Abstract

تناولت الدراسة موضوع تحول البنوك التقليدية إلى مصارف إسلامية، وذلك بهدف معرفة المفاهيم والإجراءات اللازمة للقيام بعملية التحول، وأهم العقبات التي واجهتها بالإضافة إلى الآثار المترتبة عنها. وفي الأخير خلص البحث إلى أن من أساسيات النجاح في التحول من بنك تقليدي ربوي إلى مصرف إسلامي، هو وجود هيئة رقابة شرعية تقوم بالإشراف على البنك قبل وبعد عملية التحول وإعداد برنامج خاص لتهيئة الطاقات البشرية وتأهيليها لتطبيق العمل المصرفي الإسلامي.كما توصل إلى أن تحول البنوك التقليدية إلى مصارف إسلامية، يساهم بشكل فعال في تطوير صيغ وأساليب استقطاب الأموال وتشغيلها.

The study dealt with the issue of the transformation of conventional banks into Islamic banks، with the aim of knowing the concepts and procedures necessary to carry out the transformation process، and the most important obstacles they encountered in addition to the implications of them. Finally، the research concluded that one of the basics of success in the transformation from a traditional usurious bank to an Islamic bank is the presence of a Sharia supervisory board that supervises the bank before and after the transformation process and prepares a special program to prepare and qualify human energies to implement Islamic banking. He also concluded that the transformation of conventional banks into Islamic banks contributes effectively to the development of formulas and methods for attracting and operating funds.
