Abstract

وأحدث تقنيات التكنولوجية الحديثة حيث يلقى اهتمام كبير من طرف المؤسسات والأنظمة الإدارية، حيث تظهر أهميته جليا عند استخدامه في الإدارة الالكترونية. من خلال دراستنا توصلنا إلى الدور الكبير الذي يقدمه الذكاء الاصطناعي للإدارة الالكترونية في تطويرها بشكل كبير عند استخدامها لتطبيقاته التي تساهم في نوعية وجودة الخدمات المقدمة،وما يقدمه من مساعدة للعمال في انجاز إعمالهم بشكل أدق وأسرع.

Artificial intelligence is one of the most important and latest modern technology, as it receives great attention from institutions and administrative systems, where its Importance is evident when used in electronic management. Through our study, we reached the great role that artificial intelligence provides electronic management in its development significantly when using its applications that contribute to the services provided to workers in completing their work more accurately and faster.
