الاقتصاد الدائري كمدخل استراتيجي لتعزيز التنمية المستدامة والاقتصاد الاخضر

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى ابراز الاقتصاد الدائري كمدخل استراتيجي لتعزيز التنمية المستدامة والاقتصاد الاخضر في الجزائر، من خلال دراسة اشكالية مهمة تدور حول مساهمة الاقتصاد الدائري كمدخل استراتيجي في تعزيز التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر، تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمعالجة الدراسة ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة لجأنا إلى موقع الوكالة الوطنية للنفايات لأجل تجميع البيانات وتحليلها. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن الجزائر عرفت انخفاض في السنوات الأخير في مستوى النفايات وكذا اتباع أساليب عدة لإعادة التدوير كإعادة تدوير الورق، الزجاج، المعادن، والتسميد العضوي.

The study aims to highlight the circular economy as a strategic entry point for promoting sustainable development and the green economy in Algeria, through an important problematic study on the contribution of the circular economy as a strategic entry point in promoting sustainable development in Algeria, the analytical descriptive approach was adopted to address the study and to achieve the objectives of the study we resorted to the website of the National Waste Agency for data collection and analysis. The study found a range of findings, the most important of which is that Algeria has experienced a decline in waste level in recent years as well as several recycling methods such as paper recycling, glass, minerals and organic fertilization.
