أخلاقيات العمل ودورها في خلق بيئة منضبطة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة دور اخلاقيات العمل في خلق بيئة عمل منضبطة، دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء و الغاز فرع ولاية ادرار تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في سؤال رئيسي : كيف تساهم اخلاقيات العمل في خلق بيئة عمل منضبطة في مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء و الغاز فرع ولاية أدرار؟ ، إستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج دراسة حالة تكون مجتمع الدراسة من العاملين بمؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء و الغاز فرع ولاية أدرار، توصلت الدراسة أن أخلاقيات العمل لها دور إيجابي في خلق بيئة عمل منضبطة للعاملين . أوصت الدراسة بضرورة التزام بأخلاقيات العمل بشكل جدي مما تساهم في تحسين بيئة العمل للعاملين و زيادة من إنتاجيتهم .

The aim of the study was to highlight the of work ethics in creating a disciplined working environment, a filed study at the electricity and Gas distribution corporation, branch of Adrar. The key question of the study was: how do work ethics contributes to the creation of a disciplined work environment. we used the descriptive method beside a case study the study sample was the employees of the Electricity and Gas distribution corporation, branch of Adrar. The results of the study showed that work ethics have a positive role in creating a disciplined work environment among workers .The study recommended the need to adhere work ethics in earnest, thereby contributing to improving the working environment of workers and increasing their productivity.
