حماية الحق في السمعة

Abstract

تعتبر سمعة الإنسان من أهم الأساسيات التي تقوم عليها حياته فلذلك حرص الاسلام على حماية شرفه واعتباره وكذلك حرصت القوانين الدولية والداخلية على حمايته فلذلك شرعت الشريعة الاسلامية عقوبات زاجرة للحد من جريمة القذف وفرض المشرع الجزائري عقوبات صارمة المتعدي على سمعة وشرف الانسان.

A person’s reputation is one of the most important foundations upon which his life is based. Therefore, Islam was keen to protect his honor and consideration, as well as international and internal laws to protect him. Therefore, Islamic Sharia legislated punishments to reduce the crime of slander and the Algerian legislator imposed strict penalties for the infringer on the reputation and honor of man.
