Abstract

Terminology is a prolific science and is worth studyingin in every art of the arts because of its importance where it is like a door through which the researcher enters to that art and judge abd al-wahhab because of his heavy weight in the maliki school of thought employ terms and symbols that serve its purpose it guides the learner from his book so it is called his book elmaona to appoint someone who seeks jurisprudence in religion it is the most relied upon by the term our companions where he indicated signs in the doctrtne like abu al-qasim and sahnun and many others.
