فاعلية التدقيق الإستراتيجي في تقييم أداء المؤسسات الإقتصادية بولاية أدرار

Abstract

عالجنا في هذه الدراسة مشكلة مدى مساهمة التدقيق لاستراتيجي في تقييم أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية بحيث قمنا بتسليط الضوء على مفهوم التدقيق الاستراتيجي ومدى تطبيقه على المؤسسات الاقتصادية ولمعرفة واقع تطبيقه استخدمنا أداة الاستبيان والذي تم توجيهه إلى عينة مجتمع الدراسة والمتمثل في موظفين ومهنيين متخصصين بولاية ادرار، ولتحليل نتائج الاستبيان استخدمنا برنامج spss برنامج الحزم الإحصائية ، حيث توصلنا الى ان التدقيق الاستراتيجي يساعد الإدارة العليا على انجاز أهدافها الإستراتيجية وكذلك الى ان الأداء مؤشر على أي خلل أو إخفاق للإدارة الإستراتيجية ومختلف مراحلها.

In This study we addressed the problem of the extent to which strategic audit contributes to the evaluation of the performance of economic institutions, so that we highlighted the concept of strategic audit and the extent to which it is applied to economic institutions and to know the reality of its application we used the questionnaire tool, and to analyze the results of the questionnaire we used the program (spss23), where we found that strategic audit helps senior management to achieve its strategic objectives as well as that performance is an indication of any failure of strategic management and its various stages
