Abstract

تعالج الدراسة موضوع دور الرقابة الصناديق الوطنية في ترشيد القرارات التمويلية بالمشاريع الفلاحية ، حيث أصبحت جانب القرارات التمويلية مشكلة التي تواجهها الدولة في ظل التطورات القائمة وذلك زيادة الاحتياجات العامة التي أدت الى تأثير على الميزانية العامة .... الدولة حد من هذه المشكلة بوضع أجهزة رقابية قائمة عليها من أجل اتباع مختلف المراحل التنفيذ بهدف معالجة الإشكالية ولقد تطرقنا الى الجانب النظري على القرارات التمويلية وكذا الرقابة والمشاريع الفلاحية واعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتحليل نتائج الدراسة الميدانية واعتبار الفرضيات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي spss وتوصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : - تسيير وترشيد القرارات التمويلية و الرقابة عليها في زمن تعددت فيه وسائل الاختلاس و النهب لذلك تعددت الأجهزة الرقابية

The study deals with the issue of the role of national funds oversight in rationalizing financing decisions in agricultural projects, as the aspect of financing decisions has become a problem faced by the state in light of the existing developments and that is the increase in public needs that led to an impact on the public budget.... The state has limited this problem by setting up oversight bodies It is based on it in order to follow the various stages of implementation in order to address the problem. We have touched on the theoretical aspect of financing decisions, as well as control and agricultural projects. We have adopted the descriptive analytical approach, analyzing the results of the field study and considering the hypotheses using the statistical program spss. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: Managing and rationalizing financing decisions and controlling them at a time when there are many means of embezzlement and looting. Therefore, there are many oversight bodies.
