Enquête sur la situation de la filière viande rouge à Adrar

Abstract

Cette étude d’enquête réalisée dans la wilaya d’Adrar vise à faire le point sur les potentialités de production et de commercialisation des viandes rouges et à déterminer les atouts et faiblesses de cette filière stratégique en vue de leur structuration et amélioration. L’abattoir municipal d’Adrar est considéré comme un édifice important pour les bouchers de la région qui abattent leurs animaux dans des conditions très acceptables. La source d’approvisionnement principal des animaux abattus sont les pays voisins de la région de Bordj Badji Mokhtar et Timiaouine. Les viandes rouges les plus consommées par la population d’Adrar sont les viandes ovines, camelines et bovines. Le processus de commercialisation des viandes rouges à partir de la wilaya d’Adrar vers le Nord du pays constitue une stratégie prometteuse d’échanges Sud-Nord et a contribué à la création d'un mouvement économique importante dans la région. A partir des enquêtes réalisés, nous pouvant conclure que la filière viande rouge connue une amélioration remarquable et offre de multiples choix aux consommateurs locaux.

This survey study carried out in Adrar aims to take stock of the production and marketing potential of red meat and to determine the strengths and weaknesses of this strategic sector with a view to their structuring and improvement. The Adrar municipal slaughterhouse is considered an important building for the butchers in the region who slaughter their animals in very acceptable conditions. The main source of supply for slaughtered animals are neighboring countries of Bordj Badji Mokhtar and Timiaouine region. The red meats most consumed by the people of Adrar are sheep, camel and bovine meats. The process of marketing red meats from Adrar to the north of the country is a promising South-North trade strategy and has contributed to the creation of a major economic movement in region. From the surveys carried out, we can conclude that, the red meat sector has experienced remarkable improvement and offers multiple choices to local consumers

تهدف هذه الدراسة الاستقصائية التي أجريت في ولاية أدرار إلى حصر إمكانات إنتاج وتسويق اللحوم الحمراء وتحديد نقاط القوة والضعف في هذا القطاع الاستراتيجي بهدف هيكلته وتحسينه. يعتبر مسلخ بلدية أدرار صرحا هاما لجزاري المنطقة والذين يذبحون حيواناتهم في ظروف جد حسنة. حيث أن المصدر الرئيسي للتزود بالحيوانات الموجهة للذبح هي الدول المجاورة لمنطقة برج باجي مختار وتيمياوين. تعتبر أكثر اللحوم الحمراء استهلاكا من قبل ساكنة ولاية أدرار هي لحم الضأن والإبل والأبقار. كما تعتبر الانطلاقة في عملية تسويق اللحوم الحمراء من ولاية أدرار إلى شمال البلاد استراتيجية تجارية واعدة بين الجنوب والشمال وساهمت في خلق حركة اقتصادية كبيرة في المنطقة. من خلال الدراسة المنجزة، يمكننا أن نستنتج أن قطاع اللحوم الحمراء قد شهد تحسنا ملحو ظا في الآونة الاخيرة ويقدم خيارات متعددة للمستهلكين المحليين.
