دور الحوافز المادية في تحسين أداء العاملين بالمؤسسات الصحية في ظل جائحة كورونا

Abstract

تهدف دراستنا إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الحوافز المادية الممثلة في المنح والترقيات والخدمات الاجتماعية بمستوى أداء العاملين داخل المؤسسة، في ظل جائحة كورونا (كوفيد 19) التي اجتاحت العالم، والمنحة التي خصصتها الدولة للجيش الأبيض ومن يحوط بهم بدون استثناء. وقد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة الموضوع، كما اعتمدنا على الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة، أما عينة الدراسة التي اعتمدناها فتمثلت في 80 فرد من عمال وموظفي الصحة بالمؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية برقان قصد معرفة العلاقة بين الحوافز المادية ومستوى أداءهم. بعدما قمنا بجمع النتائج وتحليلها تبين لنا دور الحوافز المادية في تحسين أداء العاملين داخل المؤسسة .

Our study aims to know the relationship between the material incentives represented in grants, promotions and social services with the level of performance of workers within the institution, in light of the Corona pandemic (Covid 19) that swept the world, and the grant that the state allocated to the White Army and those who surround them without exception. In this study, we relied on the descriptive approach for its suitability to the nature of the topic, and we also relied on the questionnaire as a tool for the study, as for the sample of the study that we adopted, it was represented by 80 individuals from the health workers and employees of the Public Institution for Neighborhood Health in Burgan in order to know the relationship between material incentives and their level of performance. After we collected and analyzed the results, we discovered the role of material incentives in improving the performance of employees within the organization.
