أثر تطبيق قانون ترقية المرأة 2012 في تفعيل المشاركة السياسية للمرأة في الجزائر

Abstract

ان هده الدراسة تهدف الى المشاركة السياسية للمراة من قبل المنظمات الدولية و الاقليمية و الوطنية ,حيث مكنت المراة سياسيا من خلال منحها مسؤوليات في مختلف المؤسسات و تخصيص مقاعده لها في جميع المجالس فبالرغم من اعطاء اهمية لتمكين المراة سياسيا من طرف الدولة الا ان مكانتها في المجتمع ومساواتها مع الرجل في عملية صنع القرار يعكس تهميشا لادوار الكثير منهن و عدم الثقة بقدراتهن ,فمن خلال هده الدراسة نستنتج مايلي : ان المراة قد حظيت باهتمام كبير سواء على المستوى الدولي او الوطني من اجل ترقية و حماية حقوقها بصفة عامة وحقوقها السياسية بصفة خاصة .

This study aims at the political participation of women by international, regional and national organizations, where they empowered women politically by giving them responsibilities in various institutions and allocating their seats in all councils. And her equality with men in the decision-making process reflects the marginalization of the roles of many of them and the lack of confidence in their abilities. Through this study, we conclude the following: Women have received great attention, whether at the international or national level, in order to promote and protect their rights in general and their political rights in particular
