تأهيل الموارد البشرية كمطلب لدعم توجه البنوك نحو الصيرفة الإسلامية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى مساهمة تأهيل الموارد البشرية في توجه البنوك نحو الصيرفة الإسلامية ، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم اعتماد على استبانه مكونة من 22 فقرة كأداة للدراسة ، وزعت على عينة بلغ عددها 36 فردمن العمال في البنوك الإسلامية ، وقد تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج spss وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها : 1- تهتم البنوك بتدريب وتأهيل الموارد البشرية من اجل الإلمام بمختلف المعارف اللازمة لتسيير المعاملات المصرفية . 2 - تشهد الصيرفة الإسلامية تطورا وتوسعا في مختلف البلدان على غرار الجزائر 3 تعاني الصيرفة الإسلامية من تحديات تقف في طريق ازدهارها وتوسعها أهمها التحديات القانونية ونقص الموارد البشرية .

This study aimes to détermine the extent of the contribution of human resources qualification to the orientation of Banks to Ward islamic banking , to achieve the goal of the study , a questionnaire consisting of 22 items was adopted for the study , distributed to a sample of 36 workers in islamic banks, the data was analyzed using the program (spss) the study reachad a number of results, most important of which are : 1- Banks are interestyed in training and qualifying human resources in order to acquire the various knowledge necessary for the management of banking transactions . 2- Islamic banking is witnessing development and expansion in various countries , such as algeri , 3islamic banking 3- Suffers from challenges that stand in the way of its prosperity and expansion , the most important of which are challenges legal and human resource shortages .
