تأثير البيئة الخارجية على اتخاذ القرار في المؤسسات الصناعية

Abstract

تناول عملنا هذا تأثير البيئة الخارجية على اتخاذ القرارات في المؤسسات الصناعية و تمثل هدف الدراسة في معرفة مدى تأثير البيئة الخارجية على القرارات و علاقتهما ، و قد تم استخدام المنهج التحليلي ،حيث تم تصميم الاستبيان و توزيعه على عينة الدراسة المتمثلة في جزء من العاملين بمؤسسة تزليزة بأدرار ، و توصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج تتعلق بوجوب قيام المؤسسة بالتركيز على عوامل البيئة الخارجية في إطار تأثيرها على اتخاذ القرارات من جهة ومن جهة أخرى الاستجابة لمتغيرات البيئة الخارجية عند اتخاذ القرارات من اجل الوصول لقرار محكم .

The study dealt with the influence of the external environment on decision making in industrail estblishments and the aim of the study was to know the external of the external environment on decision and their relationship and the analytical approach was used where the questionnaire was designed and distributed to the study sample represented by a part of the employees of the ''Tzelizah'' fondation adrar and the study reached severql conclusions related to the necessity of the insititution to focus on external environment factors within the framework of its influeence on decision making on the one hand and on the other hand to respond to external envionment variables when making decisions in order to reach an accurate desion.
