العمل عن بعد وأثره على أداء العاملين في ظل جائحة كورونا

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة اثر العمل عن بعد على أداء العاملين في ظل جائحة كورونا ، ومعالجة الاشكالية المطروحة إلى أي مدى يؤثر العمل عن بعد على أداء العاملين في ظل جائحة كورونا؟ وقد تطرق من خلال الجانب النظري الى المفاهيم الاساسية والنظرية حول العمل عن بعد وكذا جائحة، ومن خلال الجانب العملي تم تسليط العمل على جامعة أحمد دراية بأدرار باستعمال استبيان حول الموضوع على عينة من العاملين بلغت 31 ، وقد خلصت الدراسة في الأخير الى جملة من النتائج أهمها توجد علاقة دات دلالة احصائية بين العمل عن بعد واداء العاملين.
