أثر جائحة كورونا على الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية

Abstract

تهدف دراستنا إلى معرفة أثر جائحة كورونا على الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية، وتم إسقاط الدراسة على ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري بولاية أدرار من خلال قياس أدائه المالي باستخدام مؤشراته المتمثلة في النسب المالية، المردودية و مؤشرات التوازن المالي وذلك من الفترة 2017 إلى 2020 . ولإبراز الأثر اعتمدنا على المنهج التحليلي المقارن لتقييم الأداء المالي خلال فترة انتشار جائحة كورونا والمقارنة بينها وبين الفترة التي قبلها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الجائحة أثرت بشكل سلبي على الأداء المالي لديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري بولاية "أدرار وهذا راجع إلى الانخفاض في إيراداته خلال هذه الفترة.

The study aims to know the impact of the corona pandemic on financial performance of Algerian economic institutions, the study was dropped on the Office Promotion and Gestion Immobilier of Willaya ADRAR (OPGI), by measuring its financial performance using its indicators of financial ratios, performance bonus and indicators of financial balance from periode 2017 to 2020. To show the impact, we have adopted on the analytical and cpmparative approach to evaluate the financial performance during outbreak the corona pandamic and compare it with the periode before it . The study found that the pandemic negatively effected the financial performance of OPGI and this is due to the decline in its revenues during this period.
