دور نظام تقييم الأداء في تعزيز الأداء المالي في المؤسسة

Abstract

هدفت دراستنا إلى معرفة دور نظام تقييم الأداء في تعزيز الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية،ولتحقيق الأهداف تم إجراء هذه الدراسة في مؤسسة سونلغاز مديرية التوزيع الغاز والكهرباء بادرار تم توزيع(45) استبيان على عينة الدراسة،وتم تحليل (37) استبيان باستخدام نظام((spssوكانت أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها انه يوجد اثر ذو دلالة معنوية باستخدام نظام نظام تقييم الأداء على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة عند مستوى معنوي %5، في ضوء تلك النتائج لخصت الدراسة إلى جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات الضرورية للمؤسسة محل الدراسة .

Our study aimed at knowing the role of the performance appraisal system in enhancing the financial performance of the economic institution, and to achieve the objectives, this study was conducted at sonelgaz corporation for the electricity and gas distribution directoratebadrar. 45 questionnaires were distributed to the study sample and 37 questionnaires were analyzed using the spss system. significant effectof using the performance evaluation system on the financial performance of the institution under study at significant level of 5% in light of these results, the study summarized a set of recommendations and proposals necessary for the institution under study .
