تحسين القدرة التنافسية للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة باستخدام بطاقة الأداء المتوازنن

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في تحسين القدرة التنافسية للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وهذا باستخدام أداة الإستبيان والموزعة على عينة من المسيرين والموظفين بالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بأدرار، وتمت معالجة الإستبيان باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية (SPSS) وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدم إدراك المسيرين بولاية أدرار لأهمية بطاقة الأداء المتوازن ودورها في تحسين القدرة التنافسية للمؤسسة، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الربط بين الجانب الأكاديمي لبطاقة الأداء المتوازن والجانب التطبيقي لها في المؤسسات .

This study aimed to identify the role of the Balanced Scorecard in improving the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises, by using a questionnaire tool distributed to a sample of managers and employees in small and medium enterprises in ADRAR, and the questionnaire was processed using the Statistical Package Program (SPSS). Adrar for the importance of the Balanced Scorecard and its role in improving the competitiveness of the institution. The study recommended the necessity of linking the academic aspect of the Balanced Scorecard and its application in institutions.
