الحزب‌ الدستوري‌ التونسي‌ الجديد ودوره في استقلال تونس 1934 - 1956

Abstract

شهدت تونس في عشرينيات القرن العشرين، تبلور الوعي الوطني وظهور يقظة سياسية، بسبب سياسة الاستغلال والقمع التى مارستها السلطات الفرنسية على الشعب التونسي، اضافة إلى تأثر الشباب التونسي بالإصلاحات المشرقية والأفكار الغربية. أدت هذه العوامل إلى ميلاد الحزب الحر الدستوري 1920م والذي انشق عنه في 1934م الحزب الدستوري الجديد بسبب اختلاف الرؤى والافكار، لينفرد هذا الاخير بقيادة النضال السياسي في البلاد التونسية بزعامة الحبيب بورقيبة، حيث عمل على مخاطبة الجماهير وتوعيتها على المستوى الداخلي والتعريف بالقضية التونسية في المحافل الدولية، ناهيك عن قيادته لمفاوضات الاستقلال منذ 1955. فكان للحزب الدستوري الجديد الفضل في الضغط على الحكومة الفرنسية وامضاء برتكول استقلال تونس التام في 20 مارس 19656م.

In the 1920s, Tunisia witnessed the emergence of national awareness and political vigilance due to exploitation and ongoing repression policy practiced by the French authorities on the Tunisian people. In addition, Tunisian youth had influenced by Oriental reforms and Western ideas. These factors led to the birth of the Free Destour Party in 1920, from which The Neo Destour Party defected in 1934 due to different visions and ideas. The latter led the political struggle in Tunisia under the leadership of Habib Bourguiba, where he worked to address the masses and educate them internally and to introduce the Tunisian issue in international forums, not to mention his leadership of independence negotiations since 1955. The Neo-Destour Party had the credit of pressuring the French government and sign the full independence protocol of Tunisia On March 20, 1956.
