أحكام التمريض وحقوق المريض

Abstract

كل إنسان معرض للمرض ،وأول ما يفكر باللجوء إليه عندما يكون بحاجة إلى العلاج هو الطبيب ،وهو مخير في ذلك إما أن يتعالج مجاناً في المستشفيات العامة أو لدى طبيب المؤسسة أو الشركة التي يعمل فيها المريض ،أو أن يتعالج على نفقته في مستشفى خاص أو في العيادة الخاصة لطبيب وذلك بموجب العلاج الطبي ،حيث تثبت له عدة حقوق في جميع مراحل العقد ،فكل مريض له الحق في اختيار الطبيب الذي يريد أن يتعالج عنده وأن يتلقى العناية اللازمة في جميع مراحل العقد ،وله الحق في إنهاء العقد بإرادته المنفردة وغيرها من الحقوق،كما يجب على الممرض معرفة الأحكام الفقهية والقانونية المتعلقة بالتمريض كي لا يقع في الحرام ولا يؤدي نفسه إلى الهلاك ،والعقاب بسب الإهمال من الناحية القانونية.
