أثر بيئة العمل في تحقيق الابداع الاداري

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى أثر بيئة العمل في تحقيق الابداع الإداري وذلك من خلال أبعاد بيئة العمل الأربعة (الهيكل التنظيمي، القيادة الإدارية، الحوافز والمكافآت، التكنولوجيا)، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة الموظفين العاملين في الشركة الجزائرية لإنتاج الكهرباء وحدة أدرار، وتم سحب عينة عشوائية مكونة من 34 مفردة، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات، حيث تم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS وقد تم التوصل إلى أنه توجد علاقة ارتباط متوسطة بين أبعاد بيئة العمل والابداع الإداري، وعليه فإن بيئة العمل تساهم في تحقيق الابداع الإداري في المؤسسة محل الدراسة.

This study aimed to identify the extent of the work environment in achieving administrative creativity through the four dimensions of the work environment (organizational structure, administrative leadership ,incentives and rewards, technology) where the study community consisted of employees working in the Algerian Elecricity Production Company, a unit of Adrar, and the study population was withdrawn. A random sample consisting of 34 individuais, and the questionnaire was used as the main tool for collecting information, as it was analized using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences(SPSS) program.it was concluded that there is a medium correlation between the dimensions of the work environment and administrative creativity, and therefore the work enviroment contributes to achieving administrative creativity in The institution understudy.
